Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Prenetics Limited’s (“Prenetics”) Services (the “Services”) is subject to the terms of the legal agreement between you and Prenetics set forth in these Terms of Service (“TOS”). In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the TOS. Prenetics is located at 7/F, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong and is referred to herein as Prenetics (or “we,” “us,” “our”).

Prerequisites

We do not knowingly sell our Services to children under eighteen (18) years of age. To accept the Terms of Service on behalf of a person who is under eighteen (18), you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must be a parent or guardian of the person.

Description of the Services

The Services include access to Prenetics’ end user-facing technology assets (e.g. websites and mobile applications) and personal genotyping services, including the collection, processing, and analysis of your saliva sample. Each new feature, unless explicitly stated otherwise, that augments or enhances the current Services shall be subject to the Terms of Service. You acknowledge and agree that the Services provided are based on the current state of the art genetic research and technology in use by Prenetics at the time of the purchase or viewing and are provided “AS-IS”. You acknowledge and agree that the Services which Prenetics provides may change from time to time and that Prenetics may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing some Services (or any feature within the Services) to you or to users generally at Prenetics’ sole discretion, without prior notice to you.

Considerations Regarding Prenetics’ Services

Prenetics does not intend to provide you with specific medical advice, but rather to provide you with information to help you and your healthcare provider better understand the health risks and benefits associated with your genotype. The services which Prenetics provides are for informational purposes only and cannot be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or for diagnostic purposes. The information provided to you does not identify an existing medical condition and is not a genetic diagnosis of disease. If you have specific concerns about your health status or genetic testing, you should consult with a physician or other healthcare provider.If we provide to you any recommendations that identify for you potentially actionable information (based on your Genetic and Self-Reported Information and scientific literature or research), this information is intended for informational purposes only and for discussion with your healthcare provider. Reliance on any information provided by Prenetics is solely at your own risk.While Prenetics attempts to keep all the information in the Services up-to-date, the science and knowledge in the genetic testing area changes quickly, and the Services should not be considered error-free. Prenetics makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, as to the content of the Services, and assumes no responsibility for any consequences relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based upon the information you receive.
